Civic Trivia and 3rd Birthday Bash!

Join Austin Tech Alliance on October 23 at 7pm for a night of civic trivia, food, drinks and entertainment!

Do you know who the first female Governor or Texas was?
Do you know what year Texas became a state?
Do you know what a City Manager is?

If so, this is the event for you! Teams will compete for awesome prize packages to see who knows the most about topics ranging from state and local civics, transportation, Texas history, landmarks, 2020 Census, geography and MORE!

This exciting evening will be hosted by our very own Bruce Elfant, Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector and Voter Registrar!

Capitol Auditorium Screens “Finding Jenn’s Voice” with Family Violence Survivors


Event Information/blurb : Finding Jenn's Voice film screening followed by a conversation with the filmmaker and survivors featured in the film!

Finding Jenn's Voice is an award-winning documentary film that examines homicide as a leading cause of death during pregnancy and explores the nature of abusive relationships that looks beyond the black eye.

This free screening will offer participants a unique opportunity to talk with survivors of intimate partner homicide attempts during the Q&A. Please note that this is a ticketed event.

Meet and greet VIP reception at 5:30 PM. $10 fee for reception. Registration for VIP ends at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, the 9th.

Free Film Screening at 7 PM.
